My name is Frances Quinn and I’m the CEO of Athena. I started Athena in 2016 after a 20 year career in the customer contact industry.
While I'd always loved creating great customer experiences, I also discovered a passion and a talent for delivering transformation, so I combined those two forces to create Athena.
As Athena grew, I wanted an approach different to the 'typical' consulting model, so I exclusively hired industry veterans with a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' approach and an unshakable drive for solving problems.
This approach continues to define and differentiate us today.
